Ultra luxury condos are coming to Desert Ridge, a master planned development in North Phoenix, on the western border of Scottsdale.  The 6 concrete-and-steel mid-rise buildings will have all the interior features you will find in many of the luxury condos in Scottsdale, but with a lower price, at least for now.

The property will be built by Statesman, the builder of Toscana at Desert Ridge, and will have a connection to the Toscana development next door.  Luxe owners will share the significant amenities, guarded gate and concierge at Toscana, but Luxe facilities will only be available to Luxe owners.  Prices will start in the mid $500's and the first buildings are slated to be complete in mid-2019.

Interiors will have 10' ceilings, open floorplans and sumptuous kitchens. 

 

Floorplans are all single-level, and range in size from 1702 square feet - 2171 square feet, with 2 or 3 bedrooms.  Many residences will have pool views, with some having golf course views. Underground parking is gated, with the option of having a personal garage door to secure your vehicle.

Amenities Really Raise the Standard

You won't be fighting off the crowd here to enjoy the community amenities.  Two large pools give residents plenty of room to cool off.  The gym opens up to the pool area too, with a "yoga garden" to get a great view while you exercise.  Enjoy the evenings at one of the gas fireplaces or a movie in the theater. Want to throw a party?  Use the catering kitchen and community room for a truly memorable experience. Plus, you can take part in one of the community events to gather with your neighbors.

How the Luxe Compares

Midrise ultra-luxury condos like The Luxe are fairly rare in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.  Builders using concrete and steel construction will keep building up to create a highrise, which increases density and parking difficulty.  One very similar midrise ultra-luxury community is The Enclave at Borgata, near Downtown Scottsdale, which starts at over $1 million.  Fairway Lodge, in the Biltmore area of Phoenix, is a 10-year old condo community with spectacular views of the golf course and skyline - you can find similarly priced condos here, but interiors may need an upgrade.
