News > New to Our Condo Mania Website? Here's Help

We think our Condo Mania website is rather cool and so do lots of other visitors.  Here's some information that might help you like it even more:

I see a beautiful view photo for a condo on your website.  Is that photo taken from the balcony?

Don't assume that the photos you see for any particular unit are views from the unit.  They could be views from another part of the community or from a bedroom window or from outside the unit.  Views are often hard to come by for a particular unit, but if views are of upmost importance, you'll want us to assist you in finding the right condo with a view.

I love a condo I see on your website.  How can I save it?

Our Shopping Cart is a convenient way for you to track your favorite condo communities and condo listings.  When you contact us, we'll receive a copy of the contents of your shopping cart and it will help us to see what you already have seen and liked.

Do you have photos of the neighborhood?

Most listings will have photos of the interiors, and often, the condo community amenities.  However, if you're interested in seeing what's in the neighborhood, use the PEGMAN in the map.  In the map, click on that man on the left side and drag it to a street  - you'll see the streets turn blue.  Release the mouse button and you'll be catapulted onto the street as if you were there!  It's a great way to learn the neighborhood if you don't live close.

You'll also want to try our browse by area section, which shows you what other condos are in the same area.

Do I have to sign up to get information about a property?

We don't play games and tease you with a little bit of information about a listing.  We strive to give you as much information as we can to help you with your "window shopping".  We'd rather help you when you're ready with some questions or want to get started!

Are all the listings I see active?

Yep.  We refresh listings daily, and DON'T show listings that already have contracts like many other websites do.  That way you'll only see what is actually available to purchase.

I'm working with another agent.  Can you show me some of the properties on your website?

Real estate buyer's agents get paid when they help a buyer purchase a home.  If you are working with a real estate agent to help you find a home, then you should have your agent show you the properties listed on our website.   If you aren't working with an agent, we'd like to talk to you. We specialize in condos, and consider our unique knowledge a definate advantage in helping our clients find the best place to live at the best price.
