What is a buyer's agent?

If you are interested in buying a condo in Phoenix, you should choose one agent to help you find and purchase that condo.  A buyer's agent works for you, not the seller.  When you walk into an open house, the person at the open house most likely is working as the seller's agent, so be careful what you say around that agent.  Instead of trying to find your way around the condo market by open houses, give us a call to let us help you find your next home.

When should I contact you to help me?

If you are planning a purchase in the next 3 months, call or email us.  If you are looking for the best deal and could buy within the next 3 months, you should contact us.  Those looking for great deals need to be ready to act when a great deal appears.  We work with many clients to find the communities they like and then wait for the right condo unit to come on the market.

Why should I choose your team over an agent that specializes in an area of Phoenix?

Condos have their own unique challenges, such as financing and HOA difficulties.  Our team works together to keep each other informed of the latest hot deals and problem communities in our unique world of condos, highrises and townhomes.  Though we can't know of every problem in every condo community, our focus keeps us up to date on more condos than those agents that don't specialize in condos.
