One of the Phoenix's fastest growing areas is the Norterra Neighborhood in North Phoenix. It is centered around the Shops at Norterra at Happy Valley Road. Though the planned community technically stops at Jomax to the North, we include communities south of Dove Valley as part of Norterra as well. Buyers have several choices between condos and townhomes at Fireside At Norterra, and the community has a full featured community center that residents love (see photo above). The newest townhomes are in the Union Park master planned community adjacent to the Shops at Norterra. Another favorite is the condos at Desert Village at Sonoran Foothills.
Norterra residents have plenty of shopping and dining at the Shops at Norterra, as well as a movie theater, local coffee shop and a new medical center. Employment is growing here, with several insurance companies and the large Taiwan Semi plant and the suppliers around it.
