The Orpheum Lofts is one of the few historic buildings in downtown Phoenix recreated into residences. Formerly the Phoenix Title and Trust Building in Downtown Phoenix built in the 1930’s, the building was gutted and renovated in Art Deco Style. The lofts have open floorplans, with the trendy exposed ductwork and warm brick walls.
You know that this isn’t “normal” Phoenix when you enter the retro lobby area with marble and terrazzo tile. Head to the second floor interior courtyard, a good spot for morning coffee or meeting friends. Other amenities include heated swimming pool and spa, sauna, steam room, club room, fitness center, conference room, storage locker and a concierge. Parking is available next door.
