Toll Brothers has its first condo community in the North Valley, and the name is apropos - Valle Norte. You won't find this community by driving around major city streets. It's tucked back on the dead-end street of North Sonoran Desert Drive, with a mountain and desert backdrop and a quiet vibe.
You can choose between several different floorplans at Valle Norte. Stair haters can choose the floorplans on the first floor, with 1285-1315 square feet of space, and two bedrooms, a patio and a tandem 2-car garage. The 1567 square foot townhome floorplan has the living space and a two-car tandem garage on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The largest model is 2038 square feet, with all the living space and 3 bedrooms on the second floor, a 2-car garage and a balcony. Interiors are neutral and contemporary, awaiting your personal touches.
When completed, the community area will have a pool, barbecues, an outdoor fireplace, community gathering room (pictured here) and dog park.
Valle Norte is part of a burgeoning North Valley that is north of the 101. Large employers have moved into the Norterra area, including USAA and Cigna. Taiwan Semiconductor and all the associated tech companies that will surround it, have invested heavily in the plant on the west side of I-17. The Shops at Norterra have expanded into a busy shopping, restaurant and entertainment district. And of course, the hiking trails nearby and the biking path along Sonoran Desert Drive attracts the outdoor activity lovers. All these great features are making it less necessary to venture outside of the North Valley for employment and fun.
Valle Norte will have some appeal to locals that want home ownership and a newer housing product. But it's also a lock and leave haven that will attract winter residents wanting a care free second home.
